Personalised Genetic Nutrition with DNALife

Let’s get Personal

The impact of diet, lifestyle, exercise and the environment on gene expression should not be under-estimated. Knowledge of your unique genes and how they are influenced by external factors can be a revelation and enable the development of a highly personalised and effective health plan for you.

Your genes give you inherited tendencies but they are not your health destiny. Understanding how nutrition and lifestyle habits can impact your unique genotype, allows you to take steps to optimise your health potential and wellbeing.

DNA tests look at genetic variations which can mean that your body is less efficient or more efficient at certain processes, which in the long term might impact your health, longevity and well being.

My own personal test has given me a huge amount of useful information. I’ve found out that my genes predispose me towards inflammation so I am adding lots of anti-inflammatory foods to my diet, excluding inflammatory foods, and working on sleep, stress and exercise to stop inflammation becoming an issue for me in the future. As I have a family history of cardiovascular disease I hope this will be helpful in reducing my own personal risks.

As a certified DNAlife practitioner, I am able to offer the latest scientific DNA testing to provide you with this highly personalised approach to your nutrition and lifestyle. DNAlife testing looks at key genetic variations where there is solid scientific evidence that food and lifestyle can make a difference. It’s incredibly powerful stuff and the way forward in personalised nutrition. You can’t get more personal than your genes!

There are several different tests to choose from, the details of which are shown below. These can be purchased individually or in combination packages at a discount. These packages options include:

Testimonials

Shirley assessed all my tests and we had a great consultation whereby she explained the results and the implications, which she followed up with an action plan for me to maximise my health and potential. She was able to answer all my questions, make connections and reassure me that I am now on the right path. I discovered that my genes make me suited to a Mediterranean diet, which was a revelation to me. I am now focusing on giving my body the nutrients I know it needs.

Whilst I feel frustrated that I didn’t take these tests sooner, I now know without doubt what I look like on the inside and how to be well!

If you’re thinking about getting tested, do it today; I feel I’ve been given a crystal ball to look into the future. Fantastic!

Holly

I have found out a huge amount about my health from my DNA tests and the dietary and lifestyle changes I need to make to give myself the healthiest possible future, in line with and despite my genes!

It has been fascinating and informative and I would highly recommend it.
