Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Shirley and my passion is to help you to rediscover your health and wellbeing.

Symptoms are the body’s inner cry – a way of letting you know that something you’re doing isn’t working for your body. Food is the body’s fuel and if you don’t get it right, it will gradually let you know. It’s not your fault. We all need a little help to work out what is wrong.

Taking control of your health and eating the right foods for you, can lead to profound changes in how you look and feel.
